Shipping & Return Policy
We offer shipping in the contiguous US (48 states). We currently don’t have plans to expand further, but we’ll let you know if things change! Orders will ship within 2-4 days of being placed. Your order will generally arrive 4-7 days after they are shipped.
Plants will be shipped from our greenhouses located in California and Florida, and we’ll prioritize shipping the greenhouse closer to your address. During periods of poor weather conditions, your order may experience shipping delays for the safety of your plants.
Our shipping rates vary from $6.50 – $97.95 depending on the total weight for your order.
If your order is damaged during the shipping process, please contact us immediately and we will handle the issue.
We don't accept any returns and all sales are final.
However, we understand that there can be unforeseen issues. If you receive a plant or product that is damaged, please contact us and send us a picture of the damaged product within 14 days of receiving the product so that we can handle the situation. We will not be able to help you once the 14-day period expires, so please be quick!
Our customer service representative will reach out to you within 24-48 hours. Customer service may take more time to respond during busy seasons. If you are reaching out about a damaged product, don't worry! As long as we receive your message within the appropriate date, you are fine.
Once your request is inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. In the case of an exchange, we will only exchange for the same item, no exceptions.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
